Anne Geiler is a contemporary figurative sculptor. With a degree in archaeology and a passion for travel and literature; she enjoys exploring the unique overlap of historical occurrence and values of modern society. For Anne, sculpture is the perfect vehicle with which to synthesize those vital conceptions and contradictions that lend themselves to any definition of life. Her work is featured in multiple publications including Lark 500 Figures in Clay Volume 2, Potters Council Sculpture Wall Calendar and numerous galleries and private collections. Her work is emblematic of that "dancing star," which is pursued and imagined, but rarely encountered.
